Discover Liberty Pass: the app that makes boating accessible to all

The Liberty Pass is a subscription that gives you access to a fleet of boats boats at lower cost. A dealer or charterer makes a fleet of new boats available to its members (around 5 members per boat). By pooling boats and revolutionizing access to boating, previously reserved for a very limited financial elite, Liberty Pass contributes to the development of an eco-responsible attitude to preserve the sea, so that you can sail with complete peace of mind.

The owner's freedom without the inconvenience of ownership

As a club member, you have unlimited access to a boat, with no constraints other than the payment of a membership fee and the deposit of a non-cashable deposit (and, of course, a boating license). So, even if the dealer's price remains unrestricted and depends on the range you choose, for a monthly fee of around 200 euros per month, you have access to a boat all year round, with no limits on use and at no cost.

Only pay for your boat when you use it

Liberty Pass; the pleasure of boating all year round without having to pay:

- the cost of purchasing the boat,
- maintenance costs,
- taxes
- insurance

You're not dreaming: for the equivalent of the price of a few days' seasonal charter (average rate 400 euros / day for an open boat 550 in the Mediterranean), you have access to a boat all year round, and you can be sure of using it whenever you want, even during the high season.

How many Liberty Pass partners are there in France?

Romuald Poirot, founder of Nauticoncept, answers this question: "we have around ten partners in France, with less than a hundred boats available, one in Malta, one on the Balearics". By April 2021, 200 boats will be available throughout France. So there's room for 1,000 people. "But places will be expensive, because we want to limit and control the number of members per boat".

How does the Liberty Pass work?

We make the entire logistics platform available to our partners and members via a single application. Dealers register the boats they wish to make available to their members. Once registered, members are free to rent their boats whenever they like, via a shared calendar.

"A Days in the life": a day in the life of a Liberty Pass member

  1. You block a slot, the boat is reserved.
  2. You'll be notified when the boat is ready. See you in port.
  3. You check in yourself via your Smartphone application.
  4. The sea is yours.
  5. You return the boat at the end of the reserved slot.
  6. Finally, all that's left to do is check out on your own, again via your app.

What type of boats can I access with the Liberty Pass?

Here again, we don't make any decisions; it's up to the dealers to choose the boats they make available, and we simply ask our partners to provide recent boats that are obviously in perfect working order. Today, our partners essentially provide members of our community with Day Boats, equipped for leisure, cruising, wake boarding and other sporting activities.

How to join the Liberty Pass community

We centralize requests and direct you to the Liberty Pass partner closest to your home port or holiday resort. Together with our partner, who may be a rental company or a dealer, you will study the specific conditions of membership: boat size and model, terms of use, etc. "For the system to work, we need to give freedom to our partners, who don't all have the same constraints, and we also need the member to demonstrate a spirit of responsibility (returning the boat on time, respecting navigation rules, etc.). Liberty Pass is certainly a membership, but above all it's a community of sea enthusiasts"..
