Share your Liberty Pass experience

Nauticoncept, the company that operates the Liberty Pass brand, whose headquarters are located at 551 rue Alain Colas, 71000 Mâcon, registered under SIREN number 819 500 331, is organizing a free contest titled:

“Summer Grand Contest – Share Your Liberty Pass Experience,” hereinafter referred to as “the Contest.”

The Contest is organized in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the these rules.

The Contest runs from August 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. to August 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., Metropolitan France time.

The drawing to select the winner will take place on August 28, 2026.

Any entry submitted after the Contest deadline will not be considered.

The Contest is open exclusively to adults who have an active Liberty Pass subscription at the time of their participation.

Entry into the Contest is free and does not require any additional purchase.

To participate, subscribers must have an account on the social media platform in question that allows them to post their content and make their participation identifiable by Liberty Pass.

The organizing company reserves the right to request proof from the winner to verify that he or she meets the eligibility requirements for the Contest.

Nauticoncept staff members directly involved in the organization of the Contest, as well as individuals directly involved in its implementation, are not eligible to participate.

To enter the Contest, the subscriber must, during the entry period:

• Share a photo or video of your Liberty Pass experience—taken while using your Liberty Pass boat—on the social media platform of your choice;
• Tag Liberty Pass with the @libertypass account so that Liberty Pass can find the post;
• Add the hashtag #libertypassexperience to your post.

The post must be visible or accessible via Liberty Pass so that participation can be identified and validated.

If the participant's account privacy settings prevent Liberty Pass from accessing the post or the participant's identity, the entry may not be considered.

Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with the terms of these rules may be considered invalid.

The photos and videos submitted must be related to a sailing experience undertaken as part of a Liberty Pass subscription.

The participant warrants that he or she is the author of the published content or has the necessary rights and authorizations for its publication.

In particular, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the people who are recognizable in the photo or video have authorized its publication when such authorization is required.

Liberty Pass reserves the right to remove any post that contains content that is clearly illegal, offensive, discriminatory, infringes on the rights of a third party, or depicts behavior that is dangerous or inconsistent with Liberty Pass’s image.

A winner will be selected by random drawing on August 28, 2026 from among all valid entries received during the contest period.

The winner will be contacted directly by Liberty Pass via the private messaging feature of the social media platform on which they entered.

Starting from the announcement of the results, the winner will have a period of 7 calendar days to respond to Liberty Pass and provide the information needed to send the prize, including their last name, first name, and mailing address.

If no response is received within this time frame, or if the winner declines to accept the prize or fails to meet the conditions set forth in these rules, Liberty Pass reserves the right to conduct a new random drawing.

The winner will receive:

A gift set containing 6 bottles of Burgundy wine, with a total retail value of €189, including tax.

The gift set will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the winner after the drawing.

The prize is personal and may not be subject to any refund, exchange for its cash value, or any other financial compensation.

In the event of the exceptional unavailability of all or part of the prize, the organizing company reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

The prize containing alcoholic beverages may be claimed only by an adult. Strictly reserved for adults.

Participation in the Contest does not result in any automatic transfer of ownership of the photos or videos to Nauticoncept or Liberty Pass.

The participant retains all rights to their content.

Liberty Pass will be able to repost the participant's post using the features offered by the relevant social network.

If Liberty Pass wishes to use a photo or video submitted by a participant in other communication materials, including its website, newsletters, advertising campaigns, printed materials, or any other communication medium, specific authorization may be requested from the participant when necessary.

Nauticoncept and Liberty Pass shall not be held liable in the event of a malfunction of a social media platform, the Internet, a device, or any event beyond their control that prevents or disrupts participation in the Contest.

Nauticoncept reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its control so require, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Any fraud, attempted fraud, or entry that does not comply with these rules may result in the participant's disqualification.

The Contest is organized by Nauticoncept / Liberty Pass.

It is neither organized, sponsored, nor managed by the social media platforms used by participants to post their content.

Each participant remains subject to the terms and conditions and the rules of use for the platform on which they choose to participate.

As part of organizing the Contest, Nauticoncept may need to process personal data regarding the participants and the winner, including their username or social media handle, their post, and, for the winner, their last name, first name, and mailing address.

This information is used solely for the purposes of administering the contest, verifying entries, conducting the random drawing, contacting the winner, and shipping the prize.

Data collected specifically for the Contest will not be used, solely on the basis of participation, to sign up participants for new commercial communications.

In accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, participants have, under the conditions set forth in the regulations, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding their personal data.

Participants also have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).

Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these rules.

The complete rules are available free of charge throughout the entire duration of the Contest on the libertypass.club website.

Nauticoncept reserves the right to make any changes to these rules that may be necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to the condition that it notify participants by any appropriate means.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of any difficulty regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, Nauticoncept and the participant will first seek an amicable resolution, without prejudice to the participant’s rights under applicable regulations.
